I think you are starting using the wrong approach.

As i understood you think: i put some widget in my blog, write some awesome review.. and bum! Money are flowing in my pocket!

But thing do not work like this.

You have to drive niche specific traffic and, even you pick up some ready-to-implement template which automatically displays amazon product in your site, which you can easily find online and it's the answer to your question, you bettemr start ti build a LIST and not cold selling

Otherwise you're wasting 90% of your effort: 70% of people leave a websitr after 30 second.

You're leaving a LOT of MONEY on the table.

Better use that short time to direct to a squeeze page, build a list and sell after

I'd spend years helping people by offering free content through your blog. Develop your writing skills. Promote other bloggers. Share content through videos and podcasts too.

Over time, people will see you as an authority through your persistent practice, creating and networking, so when you promote your affiliate offers, folks will buy what you offer.

This is what I have done to see Associates sales. All about spending years practicing your craft, to improve your skills, and, to help folks, and you will earn steadily when you have paid your dues.

Hi There.......Affiliate marketing requires lots of effort these days. First and foremost thing to do is you need to understand what is affiliate marketing. If you have a blog, I assume you have already decided your niche. Please try to provide good value for your readers. Post quality content. That's first thing to do.

There are so many courses to follow online. However, you need to be careful and select a one without get caught to scams. Select a mentor who is successful in his affiliate business and follow. Please do little bit research online. You can get tones of information but filter things and get what is suitable for your niche.

Start by reading threads using the search feature above. Then as the guys indicated above...this obviously is going to take some time.

It may take you up to a full 3 months on setting up your blog with some good content ect depending on how much time you will can invest daily.

Then after those 3 months are up and after you have at least 15 pages of original unique useful value based content...start reading threads here on how to promote your content.

This may take you about another 3 full months to find a good traffic promotion method that is a good fit for you.

Keep in mind that if it's blogging that you want to do, real bloggers are pro-active.

You will need to keep writing and building your content.

Now after some real learning by trial and error...it can take you another 6 months to a full year to really start getting your blog, brand, name and especially...your credibility out there.

Success in this industry requires hard work, skills, leadership and especially...determination!

Most people think that just because business here is 'internet' based that success would be easier than in other industries...

    Truth be told...

    It's actually harder!

    But isn't it worth it?

First, you apply to the desired platform.

If accepted, any program worth being a part of will have tutorials to walk you through the actual process of adding their ad code to your website along with best practices and restrictions.
