Does anyone have success with Binary Option Affiliate sales (CPA) using Taboola or Outbrain

I currently test Binary Option offers using Taboola and Outbrain. So far, outbrain immediately denied campaign. However, Taboola has been approved.
Taboola seem to show lot of low activity movement browse (High bounce rate) , and do not convert any lead into sale yet. I pushed hard . I am sending traffic to my pre-landing page before it redirect to direct offer. So far , I do not have any luck with us.
