Fiverr Affiliate Program On Hold?

howdy

i think fiverr has changed their interface but in the process they sort of restarted their commission dashboard. all the commissions have disappeared and only September shows, whats worse is i have no response from their affiliate department for months after trying to reach the manager DANI. is anyone else having these problems?
