Re. When to buy Bitcoins? Buying Factors?

Hello

Can you suggest - when is the best time to buy/invest in Bitcoins? I couldn't find any relevant information here on WF (in the past).

What are the factors, should we consider before we buy Bitcoins?

Many thanks.

    Let's see?

    No regulation of any kind.

By its very nature, the market is full of BH low-lives.

    Need I continue?

IMO, they are not betting the farm on BC. What may seem like "huge amounts" to you and me are probably pocket change to these billionaires. I'm sure both Gates and Branson have put money into failed companies, ideas, and products before - it's the nature of investing in the future. Their involvement should have no bearing on your involvement. To invest in anything simply because someone else did, IMO, is not wise.

But back to BC. Like so many other investments that one considers, by the time the general public hears about it and gets access to it, the low hanging fruit (easy profit) is already gone.

If you want to invest (gamble?) with funds you can afford to lose ... it's up to you, of course. The volatility of BC value, lack of oversight, and propensity for human manipulation (as has already been reported on several times over the past few years) are all red flags to me.

When I can take my BCs to the bank and trade them for cash or pay my mortgage with them ... maybe that's when I start to seriously consider BCs.

That's just my opinion, of course.

It's best not to try and time the market. Just dollar cost average in whatever you can afford to lose and hold for the long term.

You don't find much here on stock market investing, either - it's not an investment forum. Until recently, threads about BC, etc, were often deleted because they seem to attract spammers. Not the fault of the currency but the norm for HYIP programs.

You guys who think BC is a waste of time are missing the boat.

To the OG poster...Buy Now and Buy Often.

1 Bitcoin was worth $900 last year and now it's worth about $4k.

For the guy who is talking abolut paying his mortgate with bitcoin....Do a little research.

It's easy to turn your bitcoin into cash.

You can get a bitcoin debit card you can trade it for paypal cash (or many other online payment processors), and payza even allows you to exchange your bitcoin right on their site and have it transferred to Us dollars.

Years ago it may have been hard to get real US currency for your bitcoin, but now...It's very easy!

I do it with my payza account and transfer the US funds to my bank.

So..I guess you can start paying your mortgage with bitcoin...lol

I suggest all who read this post, to do your own research and you will see that BC is well worth the investment.

Beware of all those Bit Coin Ponzi schemes (at least 10 or more are starting up every day).

They are promising ROI's on your investment into the schemes.

Most will send you over to currency exchange platforms to fund their companies with Bit Coins and for some reason many are paying out in dollars.

    Why is that?

Most of these schemes prey on the ignorance of the public buying into the idea of what guys like Branson and Gates are saying.

A lot of these schemes claim that they are creating revenue to pay investors through mining or trading but most (99%) are not proving this.

They make money to pay old investors from money they make by means of sponsoring and recruiting.

They usually pay out when they are new but eventually collapse as recruitment dies down from the leaders.

Most people end losing a lot more than they gain...if they gain anything at all.
