How to find clients that have an unresponsive website?

Hi,

I am looking for a tool or software that can show you businesses that have unresponsive websites, or no website at all. (if it has more features - better)
I found software that does exactly that a few months ago and can't find it now.

Does anyone use or know about this kind of tool/software?

    I don't know of any software that does that but I may have a solution for you, if you can't find the software that you are looking for.

    You can find website owners that are proven buyers by using Yellowpages.com.

    Pick a niche an and city and then start visiting the ads.

    Visit the sites and do an eyeball test. Since you are in the business of making stes more responsive, you should be able to tell if a site that you visit is responsive or not.

    If you can't tell...Then why would you be a good person to provide that service?

      Great advice and that's the only solution I know so far.

      Please let me know if you come to know any better solution.
