Recurring payments via WF fr a WSO

I am trying to follow rule 16 - having a buy now button.

I do not see any way to offer subscriptions. For example if I wanted to sell PLR as a club monthly I want to offer this as a subscription.

Am I allowed to create my own buy now button as a subscription and link this? Since moderators will not often respond to technical issues has anyone done this?

Please advise if you have had success with this.

I don't believe recurring payments are allowed - but you can use the help desk link to ask about it.

The reason they were disallowed in the past was due to problems with offering 'memberships' - recurring payments were part of it and there were some problems with content and member complaints. More recently I've seen WSOs where a monthly option or membership/coaching monthly option was an upsell...so...

I don't know the details - and that was prior to FL buying the WF in 2014 - so help desk (or perhaps this thread) is best bet for an accurate answer that applies today.

You might also at least consider selling something very inexpensively in your WSO to qualify buyers as being interested in what your membership offers (a loss leader).

And then as Kay mentioned, you will have an opportunity to upsell your new WSO buyers with your "more of the same" offer at your web site.

My experience is that you have to have something of real value and personal benefit for most people before they will commit to recurring payments - so warm them up and help them to see what they can expect from your membership by purchasing your inexpensive, risk-free WSO.

    Good luck to you,

    The real reason...

Paypal Adaptive Payments (which is the payment method for Warrior Payments) has NO provision for subscriptions.

Warrior Plus and JVZoo also use Adaptive Payments, but both incorporated Paypal's Pre-approved Payments (slightly different from Subscriptions) to handle this problem. Warrior Payments has not chosen to implement Pre-approved Payments.

Yes. You can create your own payment button using Paypal Subscriptions for a WSO.

No, they don't offer any recurring payment options. They gave very clear guidelines to post your thread in WSO.
