Not Your Ordinary Introductory Post

Hello Warrior Forum!
My name is Chris. I am 19 years old, working at a restaurant and am absolutely certain that I do not want to work until I'm 65.
This, I'm sure, is a primary motivation of many people who enter online business; the flare of being able to generate a passive income from the comfort of wherever they see fit.
I love this aspect, but for me, it gets deeper.
I am just a beginner, but so far through my experiences with the two affiliate sites I've set up (and many more planned), I know that this is something I am very interested in.
My Background:
My father is self employed, works 45 hours a week and has been doing, in a sense, what he wants for the last 30 years under his trade and company (he does everything from framing, stairs, trim, and other misc. construction work.) He contracts all across the Pacific Northwest and I happened to have the experience of working with him on one trip to North Dakota.
In terms of travelling, I loved it: I was getting paid by the hour each day to work with my dad in his field firsthand in a place I've never been before.
In terms of travelling on my terms, however, it wasn't necessarily the best vacation spot (If you have never been there, imagine endless plains and harsh weather conditions; not my forte).
My oldest brother, at the time of this post, has arrived in Perth, Australia and is living the time of his life in the one other place he truly calls home.

He still has to return to the states within a few weeks to work his 9-5, pay his mortgage and live the settled life.

Why Do I Bring This Up?
Namely, I want to be different.
Affiliate marketing, as many of you know firsthand, can be extremely lucrative if the effort and time is put into it.
So far, I have started two different sites, both in the health and beauty niche (specifically, acne and toe fungus). I have switched my focus to the acne site, just because through keyword research and competition research I feel like I could gain better traction in this niche.

For those of you who have experience with this niche in affiliate marketing, what is the best advice you would give to someone looking to earn a decent income, who has put their toes in the water but is still wading the tides?

I've outsourced alot of my work through Fiverr (backlinking, graphic design, plr articles) and I am planning on adding close to 15 different pages: what acne is, product reviews, treatments at home, and information on different prescriptions, among other ideas. I plan on writing at least 800 words/page and utlizing plr articles for ideas and structure. I have started a Youtube account and have backlinked to that account, and plan on developing a community within various social networks including Facebook, Tumblr, G+, and others.

I am just beginning my journey to successful affiliate sites, and any advice would be appreciated for someone looking to break away from the normal 9-5.

Thank you sooooooooo much
-Chris
