Will amazon affiliate program pay me for doing this shit?
On the offer day when there was huge discount on all amazon product did the following.
I joined the amazon affiliate program and I put my facebook page as an affiliate website with 7000 likes and amazon approved my affiliate registration.
Then I created an affiliate link for a single product(a smartphone with good discount) and shared with my friends and told them to place the orders on the given address(same address for everyone) and I posted the url of the product on my facebook page.
My friends have ordered 100 pieces of the same smartphone. Now here is my question.
1)If I accepted all the products will amazon pay my affiliate commission?
Because I think I have violated their following TOS
"You may not purchase products during sessions initiated through your own Associates links and will not receive referral fees for such orders. This includes orders for customers, orders on behalf of customers, and orders for products to be used by you, your friends, your relatives, or your associates in any manner."
But I have not ordered anything all the orders were placed by my friends from their individual amazon accounts and their unique smartphones.
Also a question arises how amazon will know that the people who ordered were all my friends? Is it because all the orders were on the exact same address? But that does not prove orders were placed by my friends.
2) Will amazon not pay me for bulk orders on the same address?
But I have not seen anywhere in their affiliate TOS that bulk orders are not allowed.
3) Moreover I have purchased all the products for reselling!
But I found nowhere in their TOS they mentioned you cannot resell the products and you will not get affiliate fees for that (I might be wrong).
4) Its highly unlikely that my facebook page(where I posted the link) with only 7000 likes attracted 100 orders (I do not think its possible), though I have got 37% conversion rate. Will amazon use this reason to prove I sent links to friends and will ban my account?
