I don't know where i should start

Hi,

Im going to launch a marketplace for games very soon. Yes, i have already hired a marketing agency, BUT i want to use my time to make the site well known as fast as possible.

I have bought some courses on udemy or lynda. I have read many articles and tried to get as many informations as i can get in a short amount of time.

However, now i have basic knowledge of online marketing, im unsure now how i can start.

It would be really great if someone out there has time to become something like a "mentor" to me.
A person i can ask if im unsure, who can suggest me softwares (omg there is a ton out there and everyone recommends me another one), someone who can tell me my plan will work (or not).

Someone I can have interesting conversations with. Do you have the time?
It wont be like i ask you every day a new question, i think at the begining espescially do i have some questions, after that i try to go my way and update you if something interesting happens.
Maybe we will even find a way to cooperate together in the near future.

Thanks in advance.

The fastest way I know is with consistent long-term paid advertising on targeted venues. It will take your time in order to test, track, and tweak your ads so they become optimized and profitable. Expect to go through a significant learning curve in the beginning.

There are lots of quality mentors that will help you. Of course, they will expect to be paid nicely for their time.

If you're looking for strangers to help you without compensation . . . watch out!

What's your unique selling proposition as a business? What are you offering that others aren't? Why should a prospect do business with you instead of your competition?

You must either be more effective/efficient or more fun than your competition in some way.

If you ask me, I didn't learn anything from courses or books. In fact, my clients who were successful in making money online revealed those secrets which were impossible to find in the courses or books.

And, I don't see those clients on forums or blogs.

Now, I'm not saying that this forum doesn't have successful marketers. Of course, there are many, and I learn from them as well. But, I'm talking about my clients only and I'm sure they are earning $10K+ each month.

The thing which I noticed among all of them is they always opt for the 'passive' path. They choose those strategies, niches, or projects which can help them to earn without spending too much time on the laptop. Therefore, they always have time in their hands, and they focus their energy on creating more passive profit machines.

Other than that, if it's your first time, all I can say is 'Traffic' is the most important factor. If you can get traffic, you can earn. It is simple, sweet science.

You can get traffic, super-targeted traffic, rather comfortably by focusing on just ONE platform. Most beginners focus on different platforms and I believe it is a mistake. Just focus on one platform. It doesn't matter whether it's YouTube, Pinterest, or Facebook. And, try to dominate it.

This will open the floodgates of traffic.

    You'll earn.
