Anyone cracked this Fiverr traffic generation system, pls look at the pic?

So, how do they do it? There are couple of Gigs on Fiverr which claims that they would provide 80 to 100 or 1000 to 3000 visitors on any link or website from Google or social media...they take on almost any categories of content......they also claim that the traffics are Adsense safe...so, how do they get that many traffic..

They provide a Google short links to monitor/track traffics.

I suspect that they get those traffics a using a software.

do you know the system?or have a sense about them?
