    Ferenan,

I have been exposed to "give away" rights products often in my career and I can tell you that most of them are prepared with the creator and his own interests foremost in mind. Whether it's links to his own products, sales pitches designed to focus attention on what he wants (like an affiliate commission), or just some generic and useless information that is thrown together to appear as being valuable, I can assure you there are better ways to serve your audience.

IMO, the very best thing you can do is create your own give-aways - something that is original, genuine, branded (by you) and shows the end user how you can help and assist the person in your niche. It doesn't have to be elaborate, fancy, or comprehensive. It's best to simply focus on one problem, issue, or concern for which you can give the prospect a helping hand. The idea is to build credibility and trust in your audience that you can deliver valuable information to them in your niche.

If you don't write well, you can hire a ghostwriter to help you or simply tweak a PLR solution that has great quality and value.

The last thing you want to do is prove to your audience that all you want is their money. That's what they'll quickly assume if you send them generic, already-passed-around, useless garbage.

Please consider putting your audience desires first - not doing what's always easiest for you.

    The very best to you,

    Steve

Why not create yourself. There are a lot of free great contents out there

Cope, re-write it, mix it, make it become yours by that way.

    Fast, unique, effective.

Just in case that you can not find a good one. I always do it myself.

For digital look for PLR stores for physical products I suggest to go with Aliexpress targeting very niche specific consumers.

Not sure by your post if you want to get them for free or just give them away for free.

If the former then that's probably not going to happen. You can't get "quality software and tools" for free. Someone may give away freebies for personal use but rarely for you to giveaway.

If the latter, then you may need to hire a freelancer to create what you want or buy the software/tools with a license to resell or giveaway.

Some PLR sellers do offer software.

I have not purchased from them so not a recommendation. Just telling you it's out there. A simple search for "PLR software" pulled up several.

One way to acquire quality software you can give away is offering open source software. The drawback is that you also have to offer it with open source rights. SourceForge.net is a possible source. Another possibility, if you have some techie skill, is the various script repositories online. Take one of the scripts and install it on a page on your site, then offer it as a SaaS.

Just be sure to read, understand and follow the license.

As far as PLR content goes, the fatal flaw in most plans is that they want to offer the content as-is, without customizing it. I have one somewhere on a backup drive that still says "brought to you by [Insert Company Name Here]."
