How to generate referral / affiliate links?

I have a website that lists products and courses. Some of these course providers have no affiliate programs. Is there any system where these courses could generate a referral / affiliate link and give that to me. What it needs to do is to track that the lead came from my site and both me and them could see if the lead signed up for a course.

    Yes, make an agreement with the owner of the course.

    You add a tracking pixel and see where it goes... (Some people are honest, some are not, some track correctly, some do not, etc.).

    Yeah, Just focus on the companies that offer an affiliate pay plan. Usually these are on a network like commission junction or sharasale. If you aren't making any money with that space on your website and your site gets traffic you need to monetize that spot right away. If you do get traffic and its good traffic you can sell that spot as well!

    Sure, they are plentiful, but the owner of the course would have to want and implement that.

    First things first wire you using courses that have no affiliates was it just for content? The only way I see doing it by contacting them asking them if they have one or if they would make one it's not hard anymore there's so much software out there just about anyone can do it now hope this helps remember always use a sales funnel have to build rapport with people if you want them spend money.
