Promoting Amazon Affiliate using existing facebook fan page

Hey,
Just wanna know if its a good idea to promote amazon products on a Facebook fan page?

1. I've already have a fan page based on city.

2. What if I provide Amazon Affiliate link in the Pin post and promote like, get additional 2 percent discount for the products purchased from this fan page.

Creating a process like google form to track the purchases and after we get the commission, issuing 2 percent cash back to that customer to some form.

Will that work?

1. If so, is any one have proven way?
2. How to put a universal affiliate code in the post, so that customer can use it.

    Hi, yes you can put the link in your fan page..The 2% may not be attractive.. Saw an expert actually created a Squeeze Page for a Amazon product offering first 100 customers to buy it at $1 to collect product reviews. The objective is to get it ranked on Amazon and in return get more real sales. Initial investment is needed.

      Yep the expert is now $100.00 ahead of the game. Next the expert will up-sell the same people something at a higher price and make more $'s
