Hey, Warriors! To start this week, I'm sharing a list of productivity applications that would be very useful to every digital marketer or entrepreneurs. Most are already well-known to some of you and are probably utilizing them now, and it would be beneficial to all if we can shed some light to others.

Grammarly is probably one of the best things to ever happen to the Internet. I wish more people would use it.

Lucidchart is great for marketers. Quick and easy!

Whoa! Lucipress is ingenious!

Would definitely add that to my tools. I researched more about Lucidpress and it surely is clever... would be a big help in doing layouts.

Yeah, Grammarly saves me most of the time. I also tried Ginger before, but I ditched it after discovering Grammarly.

I actually had recently started using Grammarly like 2 weeks ago when I heard of it, and you are indeed right!

Do you have the paid version of it by any chance? If so, do you think it's worth it?

I'm actually using the premium version. The Vocabulary Enhancement feature helps me improve my writing style; it renders different approaches to diversify my writing. It also has a pretty decent Plagiarism Checker, so it's definitely worth every penny, especially for writers.

Man, that's sick! I watched a video on YouTube and it's brilliant! So you've been using it already? How's the experience? You have any issues with regards to the accuracy due to accent, diction, slang or the volume of your voice?

This somewhat reminds me of Justine, the AI in James Franco's movie, Why Him?.

I'm actually thrilled to see how's it gonna be in the near future or how's it gonna evolve. Seeing what it can do now, all I can say is, it's really astonishing.

It has been around for many years. they are up to version 15 right now. you can get earlier versions on ebay for less than 50 bucks.

Thanks for sharing! I love Slack, MailChimp, Evernote, and DropBox. Also, I have a lot of content work, so I can recommend http://www.unicheck.com. It's the fastest similarity checker. And, also Hunter in my top favorite tools list.

  Is it Hunter.io you're referring to? Btw, have you tried Grammarly's Plagiarism checker? It also highlights what sentences or lines are lifted from other sites, and shows the site/s where it's probably copied.

Awesome list of tools, I use a few of these.

Google Drive is probably the most useful for me because I can switch between devices easily and work from anywhere with an Internet connection.

GoToMeeting is brilliant too, I've started using Zoom more frequently though.

  Google Drive may not have all the features of Microsoft Office, but it's too convenient and there won't be a problem exporting the files to Microsoft Office if you need anything to add. I can even create, open and edit files on while offline.
  
  I've also been using GoToWebinar and been hearing from some friends about Zoom. What makes you use Zoom more frequently?

  Cool, right? Even simple errors with the punctuations are captured by Grammarly. At least you get to dodge a bullet from the Grammar Nazis.

  Yep, I've heard of RoboForm too, but I've watched a video that someone's decrypted it in just a couple of minutes. In RoboForm's defense, they said that it's been tried and bypassed using an emulator, and not the actual app. Still, RoboForm tweaked their technology but insisted that it's purely for precaution.

This list is solid! I pretty much use 80 percent of them (Slack, Evernote, Google Drive, Dropbox) and have to say they do help in the long run. Especially Last Pass, spares you from losing your mind trying to retrieve some passwords.

For social media content creators, I'd add in Make a GIF. It's productive in the sense that it saves you time from having to search different sites to find a place that converts photos and videos into gifs and gives you the ability to go beyond adding generic font style text in gifs.

  And having GIF is lighter than uploading videos. So it's okay if we just convert some, less time wasted waiting for videos to buffer.

Yep! Having Google Drive and Dropbox was done on purpose, just like Google Keep and Evernote. Just to give the readers an option and of course, for those who are loyal to Microsoft or Google. I even know some who use both.

BTW, do you have other out of the ordinary apps that are not on the list, that you think is worth sharing?
