Freaking Out Slightly, My Sites are NOT LOADING

Arghhh...Ok, I am completely stumped at this predicament.

I recently integrated adsense/analytics accounts, and I thought I did everything correctly...but apparently something went way wrong somehow.

Basically none of my sites are now loading...like at all. They pretty much time out and end up going to a 500 error after a LONNNNG time.

So, i am sliightly stressed over here right now trying to figure out what went wrong. Webmaster tools doesn't say anything is up right now, but I know its delayed a bit. It is weird because I believe the only site of mine working right now is the one I don't have a wordpress blog on either. But seriously other than that over 20 of my domains are not loading.

Anyone have ANY ideas on this type of thing?

Did you test them locally on your pc before uploading them to your server? If you can I would strip out anything new that you added, work on a copy locally on your pc and then upload the new html code to the server once you get it working.

First rule should always be to make a backup of anything that you're going to change so you can roll it back if things don't work out. Without looking at your code I'm at a bit of a loss for exactly what's wrong but basic troubleshooting would be to remove anything that you added. Sorry...

Few questions. Are they static pages or are you using a blogging engine like wordpress? I know when you are using blogging engines, you have to get the code right, or you'll end up with blank pages.

Test, test, test. You'll learn a ton out of this frustration.

That's quite simple, just get back to your system were it was designed and upload it back to the server as the index file if it is the home page.
You can then try the google analytic tool again. And if it does not work you can upload a new page again

    Hope this helps.

Try removing all the things you added from just one site. See if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't help, deactivate all the plug-ins. See if that makes a difference.

If that doesn't help - maybe your webhost is having problems. Leaving it overnight might sort out the problem.

Only thing I would disagree with is the "leave it overnight" part. Uptime equals money. The second I know it's my host/server that is the problem I'm in contact with them making sure they get it fixed asap. They get paid to keep my sites up and running and if they aren't up I'm not making money. If your host doesn't have 24 hour service to keep you up and running then that's a host I would never use.
