Facebook ads worldwide targeting plus email marketing

Hi, I'm new here. I have build a list of about 1000 subscribers using Facebook ads over the past few months just advertising here and there. I just started sending them email after waiting about 2 months (As at first I didn't plan to do email marketing just webinars).

I sent out about one week of valued emails with one offer, I haven't gotten any results. I'm just wondering if my audience is good, they all originally signed up for a free webinar I was hosting and they are all worldwide audience excluding United States, Canada and Australia (the expensive countries to target).

Does anyone have any expertise with worldwide targeting and excluding the top four expensive countries, I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time here trying to convert this audience to buyers (selling info products).

Also, if you have done email marketing before, what was your audience size and how long did it take you to make your first sales?

    Converting with email media depends on the what your promoting and how you communicate to the list. you can convert them even on the fast day of signup if you know what your doing.

    I think you take a long time to talk to your list you should always communicate and give value.

    OMG, 2 months is too long, here's the thing "Your Audience are already forgot who you are"

    They maybe though that you are a spammer...

    You need to be friend with them right after they sign up and keep maintain that by email them...

    Same for me here. I exclude everywhere but tier 1 - US, UK, AU, NZ, CAN.

    You advertised a free webinar - did you ever do it?

    If I signed up for an event that never happened, then started getting email offers a couple of months later, I'd hit the delete key so fast the plastic might melt...

      I like your response. These were my first webinars and each time I tried a new software something went wrong with the software during or before the webinar (I don't recommend zoom webinar or 1800 free conference call) No excuses though! I appreciate your honest response.

    Hi, many marketers send email to their subscribers daily and not to worry being unsubscribed as long you don't spam but sharing valuable contents besides pitching. Some may not read email daily or even after weeks due to busy schedule. However, the subject title needs to be catchy or stands out to get them to open your mail. As you establish your rapport with your list, they will start to trust and convert.. It will take time and is common to have subscribers leaving if they find it not relevant then you can concentrate your effort on those with you.
