Announcement: Escrow.com releases API into public beta

Hi Warriors,

I'm the General Manager of Escrow.com - the world's safest online transaction service with zero chargebacks, ever.

As many of you have encountered, most online payment methods leave online sellers exposed to credit card chargebacks for 6 months after a transaction is finished. I think that's ridiculous.

This week Escrow.com is releasing an API that allows an online seller, freelancer, broker or marketplace to completely remove the risk of a buyer filing a credit card chargeback. Using Escrow.com, buyers get to inspect the goods or services before formally accepting them, this protects the buyer from not getting their merchandise and the seller from a chargeback months later.

We are pricing this to disrupt, with no minimum fee and priced as low as 0.89%, the Escrow.com Platform API is cheaper than credit cards and other online payment methods.

Integration slots are filling up fast, if you're interested in adding it to your site send me a PM for more details or check out Escrow.com/API

Awesome! I'd love to have a talk with you on our podcast about two-sided marketplaces from a transactional perspective. Let's tee one up

That's awesome news Jackson, I hope more marketplaces take advantage of the new API.

Is it possible to sell digital information products through this?
