Existing Customers to Easily Find Website

I run a recruiting agency and 90% of potential clients and candidates find me via LinkedIn, but most will take a quick look at my website for more info. When these existing customers do a search on google using my unique company name, my website shows up third in the results, with my LinkedIn and Twitters posts showing up in the first and second positions. How do I get my site to show up in the first position?

Just to clarify, my objective at the moment is to make it easier for existing customers to find my website, not to attract new customers via a keyword search.

Thanks in advance for your help!

So, a search brings up your Linkedin profile at number one (containing a link to your website), while the site itself shows up third. That sounds pretty easy to me.

You could always write to your customers and suggest they bookmark the website.

TOP TIP: To browse the forum like a Pro, select "View Classic" from the drop-down menu under your user name.

The websites for most companies that I do a name search on show up first in results, with many including additional headers from their site such as About Us, Contact Us, Our Team, etc. It isn't their social media that shows up first and I didn't have to bookmark their sites to get these results. That is what I am looking to accomplish as well.

Why don't you use remarketing on Facebook?

Which is far better than linkeding

This isn't a bad thing. As long as it's your account showing up for the first two.

How old is your site and how much content?
