You need a converting product, send the right traffic, from your earnings send more traffic. Do some extra sales from your followups. That's it!

Of course there are a very few isolated incidences of people making large sums in their first month online . . . but what does that have to do with you, right now, hanging out at a public forum, listening to random people who don't make the kind of money you're wanting, don't know how to do it, haven't done it, and aren't qualified to teach you how to do it!

This is a classic case of asking the clueless for advice about how to do something that has one chance in 100 million. Forget $10,000 in your first month - it will never happen. Instead, try to make $100. None of the posts in this thread are going to help you make even $1!

I have no idea why this thread would be approved - the OP has 'read about' people who make millions. Nothing about who he is -what he's done - what training or skills he has to use online... just "want big money". Is he self supporting - does he have a job - are services like Paypal available in his country - does he have ideas and tools to use to succeed online....who knows? He doesn't say.

The thing about threads like this is that anyone can jump in with an idea of 'how to make big money' - they don't have to be right or experienced. Just have to sound good.

Is it possible to make $10k a month online - sure, it is. First month? Only if you have a full system already running and earning well online. Somehow I doubt that is the case here.

I remember I started a thread about making one million dollars in three years. Not here.
There were a lot of answers. Most of them were skeptical.
There was an answer by one well-respected forum member, who has already retired. I don't know how old he was, but I think he's around 80.
He wrote that it's crazy to think that you can become a millionaire in three years.

I don't want to post a youtube video I was talking about, but it was crazy, unbelievable and almost unreal.
It was a tiny DIY youtube channel, and one video got over 50M views within a few days. Was it a matter of luck? I don't know. I'm still astonished and shocked.

I've seen people do extremely well in 1-3 years - but in every case they had a business background or skills the average IM 'dreamer' doesn't have. That is not to say the 'dreamer' can't acquire the skills needed to be successful. But - if the only focus is on 'what's in it for me' it seldom ends in big profits.

You need to fast set a Good strategy but if its your fast month then you have a lot to learn. You might consider using Multiple streams of income sources to get to that figure fast and with recurring monthly billings.

There are also people who win big lottery jackpots, or score big playing the slots in a casino.

Why settle for $10k per month? Come to Florida. There's $20 scratcher that will pay you $10k per week, for life...and at this point, you're odds of winning are better than making $10k or $1m your first month starting from scratch. If you are ready to fight for $10k on your first month, so be it but to be honest with you , i don't think you be do that on your first month unless;
1. You already have a finished product to sell which has gained much trust.
2. You have a great marketing strategy that is uncovered to white hack search engines to send organic traffic to your site.

Its almost impossible to go from 0-£10,000 overnight unless you hit a winning product, which is incredibly difficult to do today as many industries and markets are already saturated. If you divide 13 mil by 10, you get 1.3 mil. Trump's worth 10 billion. Divide that by 10, you end up with 1 billion.

Divide 13 mil by 1 million, you end up with $13. Surely, the OP has $13 to invest and surely, if 13 million divided by 1 million equals $13, 10 billion divided by 1 million equals $10,000. So, surely, the OP and any one of you who cared (and has $13 in his/her/their/its pocket) can make $10,000 in a jiffy.

Its possible to make money from online.you have to hard work and bild your self..

Don't be fooled by those "pie in the sky" products that claims you can make $10K per Month. Most of them are scams. The statistics claims that only 5% of Internet Marketers actually make it big. I am making 5 figures per month right now but it took me over 7 years of blood sweat and tears to reach where i am now. You have to start small first build up your reputation, build up some followers in terms of an email list before you ever think of making $10K per month.

I've made almost that by launching my first WSO back in 2009.

The people that I know that have done that well or close to that well have created and launched their own products. That is the #1 skill you can learn.

But you are asking the wrong question.

It may take you longer to reach that. It will takes as long as it takes for you to get
good at the necessary skills to create that kind of income.

The question you need to ask yourself is are you willing to be patient and persistent until you become good at the necessary skills to create that kind of income?

I think your only realistic hope to hit that mark would be to find a high commission product (if you could get approved) and figure out the ideal audience to target with the offer. Find a good copywriter here on the forum, hire him to write you a short report, and get it into your ideal prospect's hands. 1-10 sales could do it, depending on the commission.

Those are some aggressive expectations. I would even go as far to say unreasonable.

I'm not trying to put anyone down or destroy someone's drive but you may need to look at something more realistic. Maybe eventually that much is attainable. But first month should be looked at as a time of learning and growth. Chances are you will loose money your first month.

First IM Rule: "it's not about you!"

You want to make $10k in 30 days? All fine except that
It does not matter how much You want to make.
It's about how much value you can deliver to others.

Can you deliver $100k worth of value to your prospects in 30 days?
How you actually do that is up to you ...
But if tou can do that,
then you can be pretty sure to pocket your $10k

My point: don't focus on you, focus on how you can help others with problems they are willing to pay to get solved ... and not many other are satisfying that need. It's not an easy equation to put in place, but in can be done.

Second point: when you're just starting,
don't leap,
just baby-steps yourself to your first sale, then your first $100, first $1k, then your first $10k. Baby steps will bring you closer to your goal simply by show you that you can do it. Can you make $10k in 30 days? Donno. But can you make one sale? Say "yes" here, do it in "reality", then scale that "one sale" process up ...

Always learn from your mistakes, never give up trying, because in the end it'a all about learning, correcting, and learning some more ... till you've made it!

Hard truth - you won't make $10k in your FIRST month.
Harder truth - it usually takes a lot of time to crack that income level.

Even though it's not likely you'll ever make 10k, it's possible. That's all that matters.

See there's a simple formula. It's been written about in this forum multiple times.

1. Choose a niche.
2. Narrow it down some more.
3. capture contact information.
4. Deliver value
5. Sell those people stuff.
6. Deliver more value.
7. Sell more stuff.
8. Repeat steps three to seven forever.

That's all there is to it. Don't try and reinvent the wheel. There's a reason we've been using the wheel - as is - for centuries.

Everyone is in the position to earn 10k a month, but the truth is putting in the work to make it happen is another story.

I love that you're ambitious about getting after some great success, but I've been working online for a while now and I can tell you that most people will not make 10k in their first month, but it is possible to build up to that income relatively quickly (compared to working a job), and by quickly I mean 6 months to a year.

If I was starting fresh knowing what I know now I would say to get started in a high ticket affiliate program, or learn a skill (or maybe you already have one) that you can leverage to close higher paying clients/customers.

The key thing to note here is that to earn 10k in a month you also have to be willing to invest some money.

That's the part a lot of marketers leave out of the equation.

To earn 10k a month, depending on the niche you choose to get into, it might take you 2-5k in investment a month. That investment goes into marketing costs (paid traffic), any staff you may hire, cost of learning (coaching or programs), etc.

But once you have your business dialed in you will be able to leverage it and scale up much faster as time goes by.

McDonald's is one of the best franchise business in the world.

In the same way there are Online Franchise. These people have mastered their products and offering over a period time. Usually years.

They allow people to become their affiliate. And some of the franchises are such that they pay $1,250 per sale. So with a few sales you can start earning 10K per month. This can take between 30 to 90 days to get to that point.

The big part of such system is training. It provides all the training required for you to promote the products. Similar to McDonald's franchise. In that everything is DFY.

But getting a McDonald's franchise can cost up-to 2M dollars. Whereas the Online Franchise can start as low as $2500.

However if you follow the systems and strategies of someone who is making $1M a year then it is highly possible that you could make $100,000 per year doing the same thing.

- make 100 sales at $100 OR
- make 200 sales at $50 OR
- make 1,000 sales at $10 OR
- make 10,000 sales at $1

As a beginner it would be difficult to make $10,000 per month but if you work hard and apply some good tricks and techniques you can earn some good amount

This is almost impossible to achieve for a small business owner. But well, anything is possible if you work hard to achieve it, coupled with luck and divine providence, but for a regular person, this is tough. The internet is a tough competition. That first month is impossible expect if you are a big brand of company.

The first thing is, WHY do you want to make $10000 in your first month? What is the point? Why on Earth do you need that figure? Why not $500 and build up?

Second thing is, how long do you think it took those people to reach $1m? Or even $10k?

Third, you're thinking with a get-rich-quick mindset, not a business mindset, and that'll get you nowhere quickly, not rich quickly.

That said, there methods come to mind...

Start with $20000 and invest half of it some IM education (mentoring)

Hire yourself a mentor, ideally one who's done what you want to do, and can show results

Study how someone else has done it on or off line, and duplicate their method. ON line will be no easier or harder than OFF line ;-)

Your best bet is to first focus on offering something of value to your market and make your first $1 before you think about the $1Million.

I've watched this thread develop over the past 20 days now - only 10 more to go until jmudhungu's first month is complete. Is he/she (?) close to reaching $10,000 earned based on the advice of this forum?

I don't know. I would bet very heavily against it. It wouldn't surprise me if the OP leaves - never to be heard of again. (As of today, OP has a total of two posts, both in this thread on Nov. 5th)

So I've got to ask the question: How valuable is this thread in teaching someone how to make $10K in one month?

IMO, it's not valuable at all and the reason it's not is because:

1. The question is unrealistic and not attainable for most everyone here.
2. Most everyone here posting their answers are only speculating - they haven't made $10K in one month ever.
3. Those posts urging the OP to "go for it", "focus and take massive action", and "if you believe your will succeed" sound great ... but give the OP no guidance or workable plan or roadmap.
4. Those posts claiming to be business models that say simply "sell $1,000 product 10 times" or "make 100 sales at $100" are not business models at all, and like #3 above, are no help whatsoever in actually knowing what to do or how to do it.
5. Trying to create a viable and profitable business based on an "exception" to the norm or a highly speculative "one in a million example of someone that got very lucky" is not prudent or smart at all.

Here's what you can take away from this thread . . . and it has nothing to do with how to make $10,000 your first month online:

1. You are unique and your business will be unique ... and what someone else does in his business has absolutely no bearing on what you can or will do in your business. Model another successful business? Sure. But don't set monetary goals for your business based on what others have done.

2. Most of the Warriors here don't have a profitable online business. So be very careful when taking advice or even motivation from what random people are saying online in a public forum.

3. If you are serious about creating a legitimate business online, you can't afford to be drawn in by those who make outlandish income claims. I would even go so far as to suggest that you not focus on the income in the beginning - focus on getting your niche right, understanding market demand, setting up your selling system or funnel, and building your audience and your credibility with them.

4. You'll get the most out of this forum if you research your niche, marketplace, competition, and audience first; then spend some time getting to know which members offer consistently good advice, which have experience with your intended business model, and what helpful information is already here in the archives, war room, forum sub-sections, and even the paid sections of the forum. Do that first so you can ask pointed, realistic, and specific questions about things that stump you.

5. Ignore the urge to be drawn in by outlandish income or "ease of effort" claims. Focus on one niche and web site first, begin list building immediately, and add your own personality to everything you do - it will position your business in a unique way. Smart, consistent daily effort is the best way to build a lasting business.

There are no limits to what you can earn online. But the first step is to set attainable goals like $500 and $1000 to start off with. Once you find the success just increase your action.

10k is very achievable, but you'll likely need a marketing budget. I wouldn't focus on one month though, but try to think of a long term strategy. The Three P's - Product, Process and Price.

Facebook groups and fan pages can make some serious money. You just need to find the right niche. In the past I have had pages making 5 - 15 thousand per month.
Think outside the box... not the typical weight loss or making money areas... tap into the Star Wars fans for an example.

This true life story begins like a Quentin Taratino movie, at or near the end, and then he goes back to show you what happened before it got to this point.

So, the $10,000 day and the 30k+ month. The day happened when Bud Riggs of Carlsbad, NM released his headlight cleaning manual for sale, and sold 103 copies within hours for $97 dollars each.

Over the next 3 weeks, he took in over 30,000 dollars, and personally grossed around 17 thousand dollars. This money came to him all within 30 days of when he put his manual for sale.

He had never sold anything like this before. He had never written an information product. He didn't have a list, and limited knowledge of web sites. So how did he do it? What was his secret weapon?

ME. First thing I did when Bud contacted me was to flesh out the MARKET. He had an idea for a product, a BIZ-OP idea, an idea he had been doing for 3 years and was earning about 400 dollars a week in the small city of Carlsbad. He thought other people might like to know how to do it too.

Which is why he came to me. I've been in the Biz-Op markets for 40 years, and the first thing I do with anyone, is to find, discover or ANALYZE their potential market.

Are there BUYERS? What do they currently buy? How much money do they spend? Where do they hang out? Are there existing lists of buyers of similar products? Who has these lists? Do they do JV or offer affiliate programs?

Every year thousands of people create products and reports, books, courses and manuals and can't sell a dime]s worth of them...but the smart guys look for people already spending money, and then create something they want. Hardly a secret. No where near rocket science, and it should be first step, albeit, it seldom is.

There is a huge Biz-op money making market, people do spend millions a year on income potential increases. Anywhere from a 3.77 dime sale to a million dollar franchise.

It is as evergreen a market as there is. People want to know about and pay to find out how to make money.

My list at one time was above 15,000 and I intentionally whittled it down to about 2500.
That would be the master list we started with, but I have it segmented. And have about 300 people who have spent 100 bux or more on a single Biz-Op info package.

NOW we had a target. We knew there were people who would spend the money, IF they were given a good reason why. That means a good PROMOTION, OR sales page.

In this case, we wanted to offer REAL opportunity, so no hype of making 100,000 from the kitchen table.

Everything was spelled out in the promotion. The business: cleaning headlights. The costs and even most of the how to. NOW, the thing left out, as it always is in every promotion for biz-op, was, the HOW TO GET CUSTOMERS.

This is what people pay for. The reason people spend 100,000 to a million on a franchise is because they come with a tested and proven marketing system for getting customers.

We had a TARGET of buyers. A list.
We then wrote a promotion. I did some trial balloon testing.

There was enough interest to warrant going ahead and creating the product. Backwards from the way most of you create a product then try to find someone to buy it, that works, but my 40 years of doing this says, finding BUYERS first is a faster and easier route.

It took us about 14 days to create the product, ONCE we had determined what the market wanted and would pay for. Then we sent the promotion to my "gold" list, and within about 4 hours we sold 100 copies and 103 the first day.

So, if you want to make 10,000 bux in a month, you are asking the wrong questions.

The question I ask you, the whoever YOU are is: What do you bring of value with you?

I say get to the point where you can leverage money instead of using your own time. In the beginning you can use time and energy, because you might lack money. Once you get even a little money you can use that in order to leverage the time/energy of other people to increase earnings. All you need is something that works. If the goal is to make $10,000 in the first month you probably need to be selling a high end service or product to a very targeted group. You need to know how to get access to that group.

If you are a newbie, it's not easy to reach to $10k at your first month...

These 3 online business models have the potential to make you $10K/month or even more. But in your first month? It will take a little longer than that.

I do not think that is possible to make 10k your first month if you start from scratch and without a big investment.

I have read on Business Insider a story about Amazon:

"In the early days of Amazon, a bell would ring in the office every time someone made a purchase, and everyone would gather around to see if they knew the customer."

If you want to build an online business that makes 10k per month, you need to be patient and a hard worker.

To make 10k per month, you NEED to pay for a traffic.... So probably need to invest $500 to make $10k

But I don't do that way anymore, I'm happy with my craigslist and email marketing, which brings me that 15k, almost on autopilot (email autopilot) , craigslist $200 per day,

U just need to be smart and love what u do am sure they will make more then that

The people earning 1m online have been at it for a while, you're not just going to start and earn $10k your first month, try for a more realistic # like $10.00 or even $100 - then work your way up from there.

If ANYBODY would just magically make $10k a month right away, poverty would not exist...

What do you do online specifically? But before that, let me share my insight on things. While 10k a month in not impossible, there are a lot of things we should consider. What are you offering, products or services? I should be something that people will want. Always, it is a process. Reaching your desired goal will sometimes take time so be patient. I have seen a lot of people with great potentials but then stopped half way because they became impatient. Results take time. There is a limit to how far a man can walk alone, you can work with a team to realize greater goals. For now focus on what you have right now and perfect it. The rest will fall into pieces. If you are looking forward to huge amount to earn then you should have skills and you should be steady.

i hate to burst your bubble, many of the responses will sound so easy but they really not. you have to put in time and money. and most definitley a mentor which will cost alot of money.

How it's possible?

It is not possible to earn $10,000 in one month at your primary level. You have to learn more & more And hard work to earn this amount of money. It will be easy slowly. Thanks a lot.

I think it depends on what you do.
Do you want to promote products, offer services, create and sell your own product?

In each of those cases, you need people to view what you have to offer. Finding the right audience is difficult at first, but with practice you will get better and better.

I think there is no bulletproof formula. It is just trial and error.

Start with $50.000 in PPC traffic.

$10,000 a month online is actually NOT that hard. HOWEVER its practically impossible to get to that point in one month. It took me 6 months to get to $5k a month, almost a year to get to $10k a month, and over 2 years to break the 7 figure per year barrier.

IM is NOT a get rich quick scheme, a magic money machine, or a lottery ticket. Its the IM Business because its just that, a business, and like any business you need to work hard, invest time, and build it up.

I already earned in last night dream.

Start with baby steps and work your way up.
$10k on your first month isn't a realistic expectation.

Oh I'll tell you how I achieved mine. No complications, no short-cuts, no magic bullets... and... no WSOs!

Just two things, done individually on two days:

1) Come up with an organized list of all the businesses (like real estate, lawyers, etc.) in your area.

2) Call them individually and offer your services.

Yes, it's gritty, it's old-fashioned, and yes you will get rejections, but if you are personable and have a fairly polished cold-calling approach, you will do very well.
