I Have Traffic But No Link Clicks

I made an ad, its been 24 hrs. I have my MaxBounty cpa link on my landing page. I have 23 link clicks but leads. But i have made no money because nobody signed up from my link. Any advice? Thanks.

    23 clicks is nothing man! You need to increase amount of clicks

    Before you can give a conclusions. If your traffic is not really targeted or your landing page have some

    problems, 23 clicks is nothing.

    I bought a lot of traffic, and i used to got 100 clicks and no sales
