Can you put a monetary value on a Google+ Brand Page?

First, Can a Google+ Brand Page be unique for a specific keyword? It appears that the pages are numbered uniquely but there is no cap on how many pages can use the same keyword making that strategy impossible. Is that correct? Thanks.
