Most effective way to reach out to ticket brokers?

I've been in the business of buying and sell airline points (amex, etc.) and realized that ticket brokers seem to be a great avenue of location people looking to sell lots of points that they earned from heavy spending on cards

Anyone have ideas as to how I can reach out to more ticket brokers?
