The hottest niches for 2018?

My professor said at the end of our Masters program "I can't promise you that you will have all the answers. But if you can ask the right questions, you will always get the right answers"

A good question therefore is what will sell more in 2018 Another one is what will sell less.

From all indications, info products will likely sell less, because people are increasingly lazy, and will rather have someone/thing do it for them, than learn to do it themselves.

Secondly, refund rates on info products is way higher than others. A few scum buyers also refund after they have paid. Its an evil cheat method.

Ecommerce is a rich niche, but the challenge of merch is high, and ads are evil

This leaves us with software (SaaS). the lazy persons best friend.

SaaS plays rolls in every niche you can think of, or have listed above. Just think about Russel Brunson and ClickFunnels, or Anik Singal/Jimmy kim and profitFox/SendLane etc...

If you need the perfect software and don't know where to start?

Go to saas1000 dot com and check out the top SaaS companies in the world.

Make your pick and headover to upwork to find someone create a smaller version for far far less.

If you are still scared, go to codecanyon. You will find many saas1000 listings already created.

So, back to the question, I think software is the future...no...scratch that. Software is the rave of the moment, and they that pay heed will smile to the bank in 2018.

Thank you.

As per my guessing, Android and Ios related products will sell more in 2018.

This thread doesn't make much sense to me. You haven't talked about the hottest niches of 2018 in this thread. What are the indicators that show the decrease of info products sales? Why would you want to replicate a software from a top software company, especially if you know nothing about software, which is the case of most Internet Marketers and compete with this huge companies in their same marketplace? Why are ads evil? Ecommerce is NOT a niche. Software is the future in 2018!

After reading this thread my head is exploding.

All joking aside, adult content and bitcoin are very popular niches lol.

So, what niches and markets will be popular in 2018? Let's take a look at what's working now.

I agree though. "Done for you" services are definitely massive, apps (smart phone apps, even Windows 10 / Microsoft apps) are huge, and of course software as a service are all exciting and totally awesome.

I personally believe that e-learning isn't going anywhere anytime soon; humans on the planet will eventually discover that distance learning is just infinitely more "economically feasible" compared to traditional brick and mortar educational facilities -- especially in the USA where the cost of education is insurmountable for millions of students, and arguably unsustainable overall.

IT security, privacy, identity theft protection and cyber security will also be big in all probability. There have been so many massive security breaches over the last few years (hundreds of millions of social security numbers stolen from both government workers (refer to The Office Of Personnel Management breach), and also major credit firms (Equifax), these are likely to be the tip of the iceberg).

This is just my humble two cents though, and I wish everyone the absolute best in 2018!

How convenient that nothing will work (if you generalize to a ridiculous extent, that isi)......to blow off ecommerce merchandise sales is not at all logical.

Yes! This is so true there are so many communities dedicated just to this niche. There are even so called Pick Up Artists and Gurus who teach men how to be better at the dating game.

  • Pointless thread. Digital info products also fill niche/market, and E-commerce/Shopify is best for Facebook ads.

In fact, Fb is so big right now that most if not all of your audience are on Fb. Fb ads can give you a lot more reached and you can actually pin point who your target audience are if you are good at targeting. And each click can cost 3 digit 0's or something like that.

    This thread is dumb. Period!

I've been generating leads online for a little over 17 years and pretty much been marketing to the same niches that have proven to be pretty consistent.

Dating, insurance, debt, credit, loans, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

I know most everyone thinks you have to sell something to make money online. However, online lead generation is huge and for you to make money, all a user has to do is fill out a form. So conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that you have to make a sale.

    Something to think about.

Any niche that common people always want.
    What do people want?
    1. Sex related.
    2. Power related.
    3. Money related.
How do they want to get it?
    1. Easy way.
    2. Fast.
    3. Simple (automatically).
These things will never change until the dooms day.
So I will vote for porn & bitcoin at this moment.

I am sure that there will be a new fad that will sell brilliantly in 2018.

However, I think that the ever green niches will still prosper in the new year. People will still be fat and want to loose weight, people will want to make extra cash, people will want to find a dream partner.

I think I answered this on a similar post back in 2016. Same answers. Anything to do with the elderly, aging, baby boomer nostalgia, etc. Maybe not the greatest generation, but one of the most heavily populated.

You are totally daydreaming just like people who thought they were going to make themselves the next Mark Zuckerburg by getting Facebook clone scripts.
