If you logged in and saw my post yesterday titled "Infinite wisdom, guardian of the SEO, the vessel in the Genesis flood" I am truly sorry.
I was on a blogging binge only fueled by strong starbucks coffee.
I don't believe in excuses, but whenever I talk digital marketing, people have never even heard of these strategies that are so basic to you and me. I did some research and checked out some threads this morning and have realized this is a community of people who are just like me, but waaaaaaay better at what they do. So much better, that they actually made a career for themselves with absolute freedom.
I'd like to introduce myself again, I'm Dom. I live in Gainesville, FL. I consider myself extremely tech savvy, ambitious, and pretty good at digital marketing.
I feel "cucked" by the huge success that everyone here is having, and need some advice on what to do next. It's been my lifelong dream to become independent.
I understand how to make email campaigns, I understand how to run good Facebook ads, I can make a pro website in no-time flat, I have great executive communication, I've shook Perry Belcher's hand and even drank a beer with Ryan Diese at the Infusionsoft Icon event this year. I went through digitalmarketer.com's trainings , and I was the only marketing director for a multi-million dollar growing company for a year.
What's the next step? I tried shopify stores 3 times, I tried affiliate marketing, and I attempted going to local stores and selling marketing consulting. Yet, cucked by the huge success of this community. I need to know the next step. Thanks
*PS* I also stopped writing that book I was talking about in the "Infinite wisdom, guardian of the SEO, the vessel in the Genesis flood" thread because you all had great points.
Thanks for the read
