NEWBIE... I Need Help With Uploading Free Offer PDF

I have been a member for years and this is the first time I am putting theory into practice.
I am new to internet marketing and have created a free offer to go on my website, however I am not sure what are the best hosting sites to upload my PDF publication to so people can download it. I am using mail chimps auto responder and have created my form and also their recaptcha system. I am just on the final stage where after a person has passed the captcha test and I thank them for subscribing and give them in that email the link to download the PDF.
I have been told about drop box and File Dropper i.e. you upload, they create a link and you paste it into your email. If anyone could recommend the best ones (or anyone they have used).
That would be really appreciated...I know this is a really simple question...as I said I am new to this.
