A couple ways of doing this. you can simply place text links in your footer.. or you could actually place a nav bar-ish in a footer. https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/add...-to-wordpress/ is a better than decent tutorial on how to do this.

Put a menu in the footer.

    For contact:
If you want to receive form submission, use a contact plugin - for example contactforrm 7

    For others:
Create page with contents and then add them as menu in the footer.

Maybe it would be easier to use a different theme, one with footer options.

I heard a rumor that wordpress.org actually has multiple support options, from detailed manuals to a very active support forum.

    Have you tried them?

Or is it just a rumor, and the WF is the official support site for every app ever released?

There's also an obscure resource available at Google.com. Maybe you've heard of it?

So nasty the comments... To be honest this is a topic in the Wordpress world that is not covered much... I have run and do run a few wordpress topic sites and know this is not something I have ever covered. So honestly it stands to reason that maybe with all the folks here on this forum that have built sites, someone may actually have an answer.

There as actually an answer given by somebody ( looks over shoulder ) and the OP wants something a bit more specific... if you cant help DONT RESPOND.

To answer the OP.. what you need to do is in CSS is set your menu ul and il to "display: inline". I don't know what theme you are using so I don't what the specific CSS class is.. but that should get you into the right direction.

    Hope That Helps!

So it's now nasty to suggest that people seek support for problems at a source that should be authoritative, like the WP codec and forums, rather than simply dump every support request here?

      So be it.

I was helping, as if these requests are continually spoon fed, what do they do if no one serves up the answer? Or serves up the wrong answer? (Not pointing to you, but you've been around long enough to know that ignorance seldom stops people from posting, especially if they can drop a link or a sig.)

If the tone was nasty, I apologize. But after reading the umpteenth request for help on programs or apps that have thriving support communities filled with experts, one's patience runs thin.

As some have mentioned, the easiest way to do this is probably just to add a navigation bar/menu to your page footers. Many (most?) themes have widget-enabled footers that will allow you to place a custom menu at the bottom. If your theme doesn't have this, there are plugins that will enable it.

If you do want to get into the code editor, you can open up the file for the footer in the editor and hard code the links in. At this point you're just dealing with standard HTML and there will be a million tutorials online on how to code a simple menu, whether horizontally or vertically. But remember to make a copy of the good code in case you bung something up and break your site.

Contacting the theme provider would be the easiest way to know for sure how to accomplish it the way you want it.
