Does a plug-in exist that will help manage an affiliate program?

I ask because I'm thinking of creating a product and would like to offer a independently ran affiliate program for the product. I use word-press dot org because It's easy for me to build products there and I'm not a very technical person. Any advice?

You say you build products "there". Do you mean wordpress.COM??
Or do you host wordpress on your own hosting?
