Looking for a software lower thirds

Been awhile since I've been on here.
Looking for a software where I can import a video and within the software, and within the software I can create and overlay a lower third directly onto my video. All within the same software program.
It can also be SAAS online.
Anybody here know where I can look for this? Google is not my friend in this case.
Thank you,
-Jeff

Any halfway decent video editor can accomplish this.

I don't know what tools you have already available to, or what you're looking to spend if acquiring something new, but I've always used AfterEffects for this kind of thing, which is a tiny fraction of what you can do with it.

If you're looking for animated chyrons (sounds so much cooler!), AE is a great tool as you can do just about anything with it as far as motion graphics go. That being said it's pro-level software, and not necessary if you're just looking for static or simpler lower thirds.

What do you want to place on the lower third?

Most video editing software can do this. If you are trying to do this on your phone, I highly recommend Splice, best of all it's FREE.

VideoMotionPro has some great features, including lower thirds.

As others have said, there's a bunch of programs that can do this. Generally, I'd probably go with PowerPoint for this.

Also, why does it have to be done internally in a video editor? There's a number of free banner resources available online and lower thirds are really just banners. Using a graphics program like Photoshop or Gimp gives a lot more possibilities.

All you need is a good video editor my friend. Search on Youtube and you'll find a few good one that could do the Job nicely.

I assume you have the right license to modify and repurpose these videos you've "accumulated"?
