It depends on what you are offering, is there a big demand for it. If not, you need to find that firstly. If there is a big demand you need to offer your services cheaper than most just to get people to take a chance on you, If someone has a ton of great feedback, why would someone pick you over them if you are offering your services for the same price?

Once you start getting good feed back you can increase your prices but the most important thing is making sure the work is above what is expected.

Have you thought about offering your services for free just for a day or two, or just for the first few just to get feedback? It's just a thought but I have tried testing newbies before because they offered a much cheaper service and it got me nowhere so as a rule I only deal with people who have at least some positive feedback.

Hope this helps and good luck.

      Thanks for the help.

Doing just that with some really great intro prices on my gigs. $5 for a job which is normally on fiverr for around $30 minimum...

Is there a feature on warrior forum to promote my fiverr gigs at these 'gaining feedback' prices?

There is a down side to that. I would never purchase a gig from a seller that is offering prices well below what everyone else is charging, especially if they have no reviews. People that shop for the lowest price, are hard to please and will beat you to death to give them even more for their $5. Offer a price that is keeping in line with others and just guarantee that you will make them happy and over deliver.

You can buy an ad of WF.

Post good content on social media sites like Facebook, instagram, tumblr, reddit give value like tips and tricks that could help people solve a particular problem and then tip in your offer.

Remember consistency is the key. The more you do the more people will get to know you and want your services if it would help them in their area of need. Hope this helps.

I always buy on Fiverr based on experience & rating. So you need to get those up, you may want to offer at a cheaper price or offer more than your competition until you have enough gigs under your belt.

Firstly it is hard to get order in Fiverr. If you have some good & positive feedback, then you can get more & more order. So you can create new & unique gigs. You have to complete the work within the scheduled time. You also can share the gigs link to your social media site & other groups. Thanks for your asking.

Only social share is best for promotion. Facebook group is good enough.

    1) Write a good title, see what others are using.
    2) Description should be in brief but complete, use bold and highlights to mark the important parts.
    3) Use appropriate tags.
    4) Select category and subcategory carefully.
    5) Use a gig image that represents your gig perfectly.
    6) Promote your gig in social media.

    Hey there!

I'm a Top Rated Seller on Fiverr (hhawkins is my username), and my specialty is press releases. The most important things to remember:

    - create a concise, engaging headline
    - make sure the gig description is professional and grammatically correct
    - make sure your prices are reasonable - not too high but not too low
    - have you checked out the competition? Are you on par?
    - offer your very best work and client care
    - promote on social media and your website
    - deliver on-time
    - reply to messages as quickly as possible
    - always, always, always be professional!
    - when it comes to tags, category, etc. - be sure to choose wisely!

I hope this helps you. Your goal should be to get high ratings and feedback from your clients, as this snowballs into more sales.

stay away from fiverr review exchanges on fb because somehow fiverr will find out and they will ban you. it happened to me and they kept all my money...actually stole all my money.

Welcome to the forum! You will find it quite useful.

What kind of gigs are you offering? You definitely want to be exclusive and live within a niche - so you can be perceived as the obvious expert of whatever niche you're in; or whatever service you're offering. Offer more than 1 revisions for your work, and see if you can incorporate a satisfaction guarantee on all your gigs. And also be very thorough and descriptive with your fiverr listings. And if you have a Facebook or social media following, be sure to promote your fiverr listings with them also. Your goal should be to reach Level 3 status for right now. You'll get paid weekly instead of every 2 weeks.

Promotion on social media sites is the best piece of information that I can offer you. Plus once you have established some clients on fiverr and they leave good feedback, that will help tremendously as well.

Many great suggestions and ideas on this question. I think I can add a little value to the conversation.

Your goal should be your first order and the first 5-star review. So, go out there and get the first order. Make discounts, offer them services too good to refuse, give them free samples, and do anything possible to get your first order.

You need to make sure that you can do what you promise and do it as best as you can.

Now, take a look at the buyer requests page and make them hire you. But you need to start now!

Much like trying to make money with affiliate marketing, Fiverr gigs pretty much require you to have some form of audience, that would want to use your services.

It is TOUGH to get going on Fiverr, unless you can set yourself apart from all the others.

Take a look at your offer and find where people who might be interested hang out and give out value for free. Forums, blogs just find where they are and offer value.

Give them a way to find your gig and you should start making some sales.
