    Why separate them? It's not one or the other. There is huge overlap and the differences are not clearly defined. What some call "traditional" is simply referred to as "marketing" by most people in the industry. And "digital" marketing references the fact that the medium is computer driven but the actual marketing (promotion) is not so different.

    When it comes to marketing, there's no difference. The tools in the box are difference, but when it comes to basic direct response marketing... no difference. Unless you want to do brand building - which i dont recommend. But capturing someone's information and following up on them from works both online and offline. It works in space too.

No need to rebuild, restock or repeat. Though you still have marketing costs, you have no need to invest in manufacturing or restocking, etc, and, depending on the quality or evergreen nature of your digital product, you won't have to reinvent the wheel and your profit margin should be greater than dealing with refrigerators or gift baskets.

I have to say that both of them have some pros and cons... As for some offline marketing, I like different promo items like lapel pins, for example. I think they work nicely for this purpose.     • Traditional marketing occupies more time, more money and also you have to wait for a longer period of time to test. so it may possible you end up spending money on unsuccessful materials. On the other hand, digital marketing is more efficient. You only have to pay for an ad when someone clicks through to your website.
    • In traditional marketing, you can't directly connect to your users where Digital marketing offers a great opportunity for interaction with customers.Even in digital marketing you can receive immediate feedback on your ads, products but in traditional marketing people can only view or read your ads but their reviews and feedbacks couldn't reach the respective business.

    This is very broad as Digital Marketing can include so many things. However, the biggest difference is where you will be marketing. Digital Marketing is basically online marketing in many different forms, while traditional marketing is usually done offline through newspaper, TV, radio, etc.

    This could easily be a book, however. There are so many things you could go into on this topic.
