    Yes they are ok... some would say the best.. I am sure others would argue the point. Basically anytime you can get a link within the text of the body of someone elses page it is just a good thing.

    Yes editorially placed links are always okay. when you choose authority blogs you will get real traffic. spam score will be very low.
