What do you use to track/report on your marketing metrics for your SaaS business?

New here. Was curious what kinds of marketing metrics and KPIs you track and if you're doing it all manually in a spreadsheet or tracking them separately in Google Analytics, your CRM, Facebook, etc? The reason I ask is I'm thinking of setting up something with a marketing KPI dashboard myself and I'm not too sure what people like you are doing with theirs.
Anything you could share with me would be huge.
