Disclaimer on products by clickbank vendors

AmI good just saying something like:

Disclaimer: You are using this productat your own risk, and buy purchasing and or using this product you agree you are solely responsible for anythingthat could possibly happen froma direct, or indirect result of using this product or any of the information in it... By purchasing you agree you are responsible for anything that could possibly happen, and you agree I am not responsible in anyway for anything that could possibly happen...

Is saying something like that good enough? Do I need an LLC or anything like that or am I fine with a disclaimer like that that just says the customer agrees i'm not responsible for anything?...

Not very good - too defensive and repetitive.

If you are using clickbank exclusively - why aren't you using their FAQs page and their tutorials? The free knowledge base covers questions like this and the answers are straight from the source. There are examples of disclaimers on the CB knowledge base.

I got the disclaimers from Clickbank that they require, but i'm just wondering if something like that is good enough legally where I am legally protecting myself. It'snot a big deal to me if my customers don't like my disclaimer as long as it protects me legally and if someone for any possible reason took me to court and a judge saw it, I would be good because I said by buying they agree they are responsible for anything and everything that could happen as a direct or indirect result of using my product... I don't see how someone could get around something like that legally, I just want to know if legally I am all good saying something like that, or do I actually need like some behind the scene legal stuff like an LLC? Would a clickbank vendor need an llc for any reason even if they're only selling info products? pdf's/mp3s? I'mpretty sure in Clickbank's stuff they say I am responsible for all of this stuff on my own, and the only disclaimers they give are the ones that they need me to have, but their disclaimers protect them, not me...

For real protection, you need legal documents drafted by real lawyers (not some free stuff from the net). My CB page has an earning disclaimer, terms, privacy policy etc drafted by legal professionals.

Even though it's not drafted by legal professionals though, is there a difference if I say you are responsible for the use or miuse of this info and by byingyou agree to that fully and automatically and agree you are responsible for anything and everything that could possibly happen? Whether it's said in confusing words or straight forwards, doesn't it still legally protect me all the same?

Contact Clickbank support and ask them specifically what to put on your page. They will give it to you.

i have everything they need me to have so they are legally all good, I'm wondering if something like what I said above is good enough to protect me legally, I'm guessing it is though, I don't have an llc or anytihng like that, so just want to make sure nobody can sue me and win for any reason like if somehow my information ruins their life or something a judge would see I said by purchasing and using the info they agree that they are responsible for anything that could happen from use or misuse and they agree only they are responsible and I'm not responsible in any way and they agree, something like that, would that legally protect me? I know for a fact clickbanks disclaimers don't protect me in anyway from anything...

What are you so afraid of, and why? Are you that concerned about what you are offering.

The cost of taking you to Court for almost anything that you might be selling is highly remote. People generally overthink this sort of thing.

Offer a quality product that you stand behind and you should not have to worry about being dragged into Court. If you offer a 'no-questions-asked' refund policy, what more do you think people would want to drag out of you and why? Is there that much potential for any type of serious harm by what you are offering? If so, here's a solution for you.

    Simply don't offer it.

Cool, I'm just new to this so I mean, you don't know what you don't know, so I just wanted to make sure I'm not leaving myself open to be screwed in someway, but yea, glad to hear there's nothing to worry about there!

I would never promote a product unless i completely believe in it else unnecessarily it would spoil my relationship with my list.
