There is no such thing as "the E-book niche." Ebooks are a way to deliver content within a niche. They are a tool for distribution, not a niche themselves.

eBook is evolving to audiobook and videobook nowadays. And there are so many niches you can put on it.

    Hi Jessica,

I have written a bunch of eBooks mainly focused on the blogging tips niche, but cover other niches too.

You can write eBooks pertaining to virtually any industry.

I'm in the vodka-drinking capuchin monkey niche. I also dabble a little in internet marketing. What would you like to discuss?

I've ghostwritten hundreds of ebooks for clients on a wide variety of topics. I consider myself an ebook "expert". But as Steve has said, it is not a niche.

Do you have any specific questions?

    Jessica,

I wouldn't say there is an ebook niche, you can have an ebook in any niche. An ebook is a great way to introduce people to your offer. It can be a free giveaway in exchange for their email address, you can then build their trust and promote your offer to them.

  • Hello Jessica, you could have a talent, passion, hobbies, etc. write a book, in this case about the things you love and know well (even if you might still have to do some research on your topics), an E-book it's easy to prepare! A book as to have a certain number of pages, 50,100, 200 and so forth, while the E-book is more of a digital product that you can create with only 15-20-30 pages, or more (usually less than 100). I'm into learning well how to write a book to print, however for me to create an E-book it's a lot easier.

Like others have said ... An eBook isn't a Niche.

However you can create an eBook to serve your Niche.

One of the best advice I heard was to solve your Niche/Markets most common problems and/or aspirations ... If you do that through your eBook you will be well on your way to success. The Market comes first, and the Product comes later.

E-books aren't a niche, they are a way for people to choose to consume your content. If you have information on a topic that you think would be helpful to another person then put it in an ebook and share it with the world.

...However, if you just want to sell E-Books as a niche, I suggest that you find a good, reputable seller of PLR material, like ARTICLES. You must know what you like to sell first, then you can buy the E-Books/articles, or PLR articles in bulk directly, or by website periodical subscription for a certain niche and resell them with a license included per resell. Google: 'what are plr articles' The idea is to resell the material after you have your ideas well organized and so must rewrite the articles to create your original, unique E-Books. The articles you can find, can come up wih a start of ideas to develop for you. You never copy stuff, you rewrite it your way, that's where you become successful later in your talents.

If you love to write, pick a niche you love and write books.

    Publish them on Amazon.com

You will find one of my books there titled "Sell It Fast"

It's about how to sell your things using classified ads.

Under my name I have these books on Kindle:

A Crash Course in Resume Writing
    101 Ways to Feel Happier
and one short story, "The Writer and the Mind Reader"

For ghostwriting clients I've written on diets, pets, babies, pregnancy, writing, marketing, finance, ventriloquism, exercise, etc.

Search Amazon to see what subjects have already been written about and are selling well. Find an angle or a way you can improve or add to the topic.

Look and see what subjects print magazines cover.

The best way to get started is a topic you already know something about and has a buying market.
