Do sales not go through automatically with CB?

I had 50 dollar google adword credit from hostgator, it cost my $10 to get it running but I was like oh what the hell and did it

today i woke up to see only $35 left and like 400 clicks yet my clickbank had no sales. So I dropped the ad, and I log on to CB a few minutes ago and I see I got a sale, I peed myself in excitement but I was kinda confused at wear it came from, 15 minutes later I refresh the page and I see I had another sale. I peed again but I am a little confused because I took the ad down I don't know where the sales are coming from unless they process them manually and then give the credit to you?

I mean I've posted some ads on craigslist a few days ago but the chances I got 2 sales in a row from several day old craigslist ads are slim to none.

    The visitor is cookied, so if they make a purchase later you get the credit. Could have been as simple as that. Might also have been a delay, but its not manual.
