Concentrate on individual websites than having one website

Many gurus suggest that one website for a niche. Is it correct? Why can't we promote all niches under one blog or single website. Is this not the right way

For several reasons. First, dispersing the content is bad SEO practice, which means lower rankings in search engines. Also, you readers may be interested in one niche but not on the others and move on to websites where they won't be bothered by unwanted information. Unless you can produce a volume like wikipedia or other major general websites, it is better to concentrate on a niche per website (or on a few related niches).

The problem you may find is getting enough original content for all the websites.

Yes - building your own mini web is certainly a good idea - but you need to be able to keep up with significant amounts of content that is unique.

Because it will not be targeted enough to maximize the sales...

The more your website is focused, the more sales you can make.
