Pls suggest all the possible names of profession/work?

Dear friend,

You know almost all of us are involved in different works/professions. I am thinking to build a site targeting names of the works/professions like doctor,nurse and teacher etc.

Would you pls suggest the names of your known professions/works ? Or is there any source to get the names of professions/works?

    Why don't you just google it about querying about all the list of professions? Its easier that way.

    You have no idea of the magnitude of what you're asking. There are thousands upon thousands of occupational titles. The examples you have given (doctor, nurse, teacher) are really just "umbrella" terms - each one could describe many, many occupations.

    For instance, doctors are usually labeled by their specialty practice (dermatologist, oncologist, obstetrician, cardiologist, neurologist, etc), each one a separate and distinct occupation.

    I suggest if you really want a list of "known professions" you get busy researching online. It is quite an easy task really, but you're going to be digging for a long, long time.

    No offense meant, but members here don't have the time to do your homework. Sorry.
