Where can I name and shame a marketer who ran off with my money?

Where can I complain about a well known CPA marketer who took my money for a DFY site but never did it? He kept telling me he would do it but never did. I've emailed him numerous times at various email addresses I had from him asking him to either complete the job or give me my money back but he never replied. it was too late to issue a Paypal dispute as he kept me hanging on for so long. I paid him $197 for it and I'm still smarting. There should be a place where you can air grievances like this as a warning to other people.

    here are the rules on the subject for your perusal FYI you can not name the person(s) on the forum but if you have purchased the service you allowed to post a review on the thread

    Conflict Resolution
    1. If an accused or suspect fraudulent review is posted an example proof of purchase may be required by the sellers and the buyer. Upon match a course of action will be decided. Any attempt gaming this by either party will result in a permanent ban.
    2. If a guarantee is offered and not honoured within a reasonable time this will result in a permanent ban.
    3. When offering a service, quotes on price and ETA must be provided in the original thread or through private message. If no correspondence occurs, in absence of sufficient evidence of the works completion. Warrior Forum will side with the buyer.

    Did you use a credit card as your Paypal funding source? Even though Paypal may not give you help, the funding source that Paypal drew the money from may offer you some assistance. At least it's worth a try to contact them and see what they can do.

    Surprised this thread was approved - and don't know why it was. I sympathize with the problem but you've been here long enough to know this is not the place to complain about a seller or marketer.

    You can't name and shame here - and despite the frequent references to ripoffreport - that site's pretty much a ripoff. They "rank" but it's a rant site and not taken seriously by most people I know.

    If you have an active blog or site you can write about the experience - or can use social media to spread 'the word'. It's frustrating when someone doesn't complete a job they've been paid to do - made worse when they want to keep the money, too!

    Regional warrior is talking about products sold here - my impression of your post is the transaction was directly with the seller rather than a WSO...right?

    I thought you had 180 days to open a dispute on paypal. that is 6 months. are you saying it has been more than 6 months and you did not file the dispute. I would not have let it go longer than one month

    JK, you can't do that here. Does this person have products or services on third party website where you can leave reviews EG amazon? Start your search there and follow the breadcrumbs.

    I would force the issue with PayPal and the credit card company.

    You are nowhere near the statute of limitations on fraud and this
    is fraud, plain and simple... assuming your story is true.

    Hi S,

    3 words: Let It Go.

    If you give your attention and energy to lower energy folks, guess what will happen? Again and again?

    You will attract these exact people into your life. Meaning you literally set yourself up for this to happen again, or, you will be so gun shy that you never pull the trigger, not trusting anybody when tons of loving, skilled folks would gladly help you succeed online.

    Do you know when this purchase occurred? "Fraud" sounds enforceable - but how much would that cost you to recover $197. Sometimes as frustrating as it is - we wait too long and have to let it go. For all we know this could have happened a year ago.

    I think the OP is just frustrated and I don't blame her. However, she seems to know the time period is 'past' and she did not say anywhere that she made this purchase through the Warrior Forum.
