Free WSO for new PLR store - does anyone still do this?

Hi, I'm going to start my new PLR store soon, have seen free WSOs as a tactic for getting exposure and new names on your email list.

Is this still done? Do people still look forward to those and click through?

Free WSOs are no longer permitted. Use Classified Ads instead.
