newsletter advertising

Hello fellow warriors,

is there a website where you can find newsletter by categories, whereby the owner sells advertising space or one time mails to their clients?

Thanks in advance.

Although I personally have never done an ad swap and probably never will, I do know many who have with great success therefore it might be something worth considering

Directory of Ezines is a paid service. It has ezines listed by category, circulation, and whether the owner accepts solo emails or not.

thanks for the links. I will take a look at it.

thank you for the generous offer. but i have no list yet and my niche is webdesign, so it wouldn't match.

You say they don't convert well. Since my profits would be quite high a small CR might be enough. What are the average CR rates of newsletter ads?

You won't find such data at the "newsletters' industry" level.

What you can find though are various data provided by different email marketing companies and based on the analysis of millions of emails sent through their servers during a certain period of time.

Anyway, CTR is different from niche to niche and an average rate most probably will be totally irrelevant for you. Look for an average CTR in your niche (and never advertise in newsletters outside your niche)
