Not Another Rant At Ezine Articles Thread!

Sorry for another Ezine thread, I see there's alot of em on here these days, but I have to get this out my system.

Ezine Aritcles rejected 1 of my articles 2 weeks ago, with no reason except 'general error', and to contact them to find out more, I then did exactly that, and had to wait over 7 days for a response.

The same thing happened to one of my submissions 2 days ago, so I contacted them to ask what the general error was, but no response so far, I guess I have to wait at least a week for a response.

I'm a platinum author on Ezine and their support annoys the heck out of me.

If there's a general error, they should tell me what it is, instead of asking me to ask them what the error is, and then having to wait over a week to tell me what that error is.
The funny thing is, my articles are usually reviewed within 48 hours, so why take over a week before a response, hey?
Okay, I'm done now

i know i just started using it and after several days of waiting to get appoved I get the "general error contact us" on all of them. I was thinking the same thing, save everyone some time and tell us whats wrong when they reject it.

The easiest fix for that, is to just redo the article, make it a bit better and resubmit it as a new article. I've never had any rejected but I know people who do and this works. If you redo the thing, it's a different article anyway.

I could do that, but why should I? They should tell me if there are any problems in the first place. The article itself is fine to me. I've got over 50 articles on this account, and it's only the second time it has happened to me.

My point is, why be so cryptic with any errors I've made? And why not tell me what the error is in the first place, to save me having to wait over a week for a response.

Thanks for the advice though Robin, I might just write a brand new article.

I think the main reason this happens is because they receive thousands of articles a day and they don't have time for anything other than cryptic and then leave it up to you to figure it out. Hence the work around that I know some people take.

I think you are partially right. I think the general error is a computer comment from a computer review of the article. I've had a similar experience and while waiting for a response, I re-read the guidelines and found the error of my ways. I mad e the change, resubmitted it, got it published, and then they responded that everything was OK.

They also make thousand of our work. Imagine if everybody take there articles of ezine where ezine would be. It is a equal share. I have for the first time submitted 8 articles and have been waiting nearly seven day so I will see how it goes. If they carry on like this it is because they then try to force you to become a paid member which is not good.

I submit articles all the time, my first article was rejected and they told me why. I fixed it and it got approved. I have since submitted about 8 articles all of which have been approved and helps drive traffic to my Niche Marketing Sites.
