MIT Entrepreneurship & Simplistic Online Ventures

I'm trying to stay away from paypal as a payment processor due to the massive amounts of mess ups they've had from fraudulent buyers. I've considered stripe as a payment processor but don't know of a good selling platform that would be good for drop shipping business models. I really don't want to deal with chargebacks through shitpal.

Any experiences or related information towards direction is appreciated.

In the 10 years, I've been using PP, I've never had this problem.

    Good luck with that!

If I had to make an experienced guess, I would guess PP has decided they don't want to do business with you. Isn't that the truth?

I haven't had any problems with PP. Just VERIFY your account and send them the INFO they need and you're good to go.

Fraudulent buyers on Paypal are, for the most part, found in the IM products market.

    When drop-shipping physical product,
    1. always get proof of delivery from the shipper, and
    2. require physical return of product before refunding a purchase

Just these two things will virtually eliminate fraudulent buyers for drop-shippers.

The best selling platform for drop-shipping is your own web site... regardless of payment processor.

Paypal is the only payment processor I'm aware of that will actually protect you against chargebacks, as long as you can supply proof of delivery. They will "eat" the chargeback on physical product with proof of delivery, unless the buyer can provided proof that the product was returned.

I ran a very lucrative drop-shipping business in the golf gift niche for ~two years using exclusively Paypal as my payment processor.

As Sid has implied - you are mistaken. Chargebacks can happen anywhere a buyer uses a credit or debit card. It is NOT just a matter of avoiding Paypal.
