How Long Are Your Micro-Continuity Weekly Sessions?

Just wondering how long you're weekly micro-continuity lessons are and if you're subscribers are happy with the duration?

      Went through the thread but didn't find what I was looking for.

      I trying to get a feel for the appropriate length of the weekly trainings and hoping to get suggestions from those warriors who are providing content to their subscribers by this method.

        My coaching sessions were 1 hour per week... Great Coaching program I must say....

    The weekly trainings are just about less than 30 minutes
    each... sometimes under an hour. Can't recall exactly.

    I pulled out of the training once he got started on the
    traffic factor - which is all a rehash of the "Traffic On A
    Thumbdrive" thing he was selling.
