Aweber seems to be very popular. What do you hate about your current service?

I've used both aweber and getaresponse and both have performed well. I've also attempted to use interspire email marketer as a self hosted option and found that deliverability really suffers when mailing from your own servers and thats without taking into account the spam issues that do arise.

My 2 cents is stick with an autoresponder service atleast that way you know its getting delivered and you dont have to deal with spam complaints etc.

    Hope that helps!

Why don't you use Aweber or Getresponse a valuable email partner.
I can't imagine running my web business without the help of one of
this software. I simply don't have the time or
the know-how to do it effectively on my own. If you are keen to see
the value of your web site business sky-rocket, you need to start
        with one of this software.

I recommend iContact. But I suggest you use the search feature on the forum - this is discussed in depth several times a month.

I used GetResponse and loved it. After they made all of their changes, I thought it became less intuitive. After a while it bugged me so much that I dropped it and started over at Aweber. Best move I ever made. I think Aweber's interface is much more intuitive and their customer service kills that of GetResponse's...
