They want to do everything for free.

My last WSO (maybe 5-6 years ago?) I sold a little 5 buck report which told one how to do everything for free.

These are:

GIMP, can do what you want.
DROPBOX, can host and be used for Collaboration.
OPEN OFFICE, can create reports in PDF files.
If you have pics in jpg, png, etc. try PIXLR
SEAMONKEY composer, edit html
AUDACITY for audio editing
STATCOUNTER for simple reports on traffic.
ZAMZAR for file conversion.

Now, of course, there are better things if you pay and learn how to use them, although, even then you will find long lists of people's preferences.

I like to suggest FREE, to see how committed you are to learning and discovering all the elements of different IM tools and methods.

I don't have a free or PAID thing for Copywriting...when one gets invented, let me know.

But try GIMP, the short and sweet of your need. Then, see how many of your PSD files need to stay that way, consider converting as many as you can to jpg, if you can.

PS. As you see when you do GOOGLE info, there are literraly hundreds of answers, I've used GIMP, does the basic stuff, and worth every penny.

I was asking this question like you, like 15 years ago. Back then there weren't as many answers as there are these days. As like someone mentioned above, just Google it, because you will be overwhelmed by all the results.

My personal recommendations are the following:

Gimp
Adobe Cloud

I wouldn't bother using anything else. They're not as powerful.
