Youzign 14 Day Trial?

Hello, has anyone here had any experience with Youzigns' 14 day trial? My question, is it fully functional? I'm having issues with making it work. My assumption is it is either just a basic overview of the paid version... or it is a software issue... or I am a total idiot. ( Which could be true regardless). Any help would be most appreciative, thanks.

    Did you sign up before reading the TOS ( which most do ) or have you contacted the support at youzign before you posted on here ? as I am sure they would have the answers since they own the product
