What are the best dating offers that you can promote and earn from them ?

That's a big question.

I prefer the free offers that pay me anywhere from $5 to $15 when someone completes a free form. We call those PPL (pay per lead) offers.

This is my EPC (from yesterday) for a new offer I've been promoting:


The offer pays $9.50 for a free signup and I was hitting an average of $4.50 for each click yesterday sent to the landing page. So 1 in 2 people I sent joined and earned me commission.

Today, I'm hitting $1.90 for each click to that particular offer. On the traffic source I'm using (free) I'm generally happy with an EPC between $1.50 and $3.50.

As I say, though, it's a big question. I began doing dating around two decades ago. I can give more useful advice, but I'd need more specific questions, matey.

Dating is very big niche.
Many Sites pay from $1.50-$9.50 easily.
Search on peerfly, you will find tons.

Consistently converts extremely well and pays out at the upper level of what dating offers pay.

I would try and run what is advertised on TV, as it helps with the name recognition.

I'll just expand a little so the newbies can follow what we're discussing.

OFFERS.

You generally have 3 types of dating offer that, as an affiliate, you can promote to earn commissions.

1. PPL (Pay Per Lead).

You earn commission when Joe Consumer joins a dating site for free.

Average commission rates are between $5 and $15/ $20.

2. PPS (Pay Per Sale)

Joe Consumer pays for a dating site membership.

Commissions are higher than PPL, anywhere from $25 to over $100.

3. Rev-Share.

Whatever memberships Joe Consumer purchases, for the duration of his stay at a dating site, earns you a percentage commission.

50% is the norm, but you can get more.

STATS.

Now to clear up some terminology above.

(Again, this won't be news to many Warriors; it's aimed at clearing things up for the newbies.)

1. EPC (Earnings Per Click).

This is the average amount of money the affiliate earns for each unique visitor sent to (in this case) the dating site.

Total Commission Earned / Total Unique Visitors sent.

2. Uniques.

This simply refers to unique visitors.

3. Raws.

Quite often the same unique person will visit (through your affiliate links) the same landing page more than once.

His first visit gives you a unique; his second that day gives you 2 raw.

OFFERS II

Diablo gives some cracking advice, where he mentions promoting well-known offers. Solid advice. And I'm also a fan of eHarmony.

My recommendation, though, is not to focus solely on well-known, established dating sites. Tell you why: you leave money on the table.

I manage a lot of traffic. Between 6 and 7 figures. You can bet your buttocks that if you JUST promote a well-known brand, you're losing money.

Why? Because a lot of those Joes and Janes will already be a member of the popular, well-known, established, seen it a million times . . . dating site.

So - advice - DO promote those sites, but also go niche and deep-niche. Niche dating audiences respond very well to niche dating offers.

Right. That'll do it for now - these 47 bottles of vodka won't drink themselves.

But im still asking: ever you wonder WHY they pay so much? cauese they monetize in the back end more!

A dating site? Then you have your popular ebook options. I know years ago Eben Pagan was offering a 200% commission on Double Your Dating. Aside from these..... heck create your own dating offer.

Just to expand (for the newbies).

Let's say I own a dating site called Sheep Dating. I'll pay you, the affiliate, $5 for a free signup. You send me 1 Joe, I'll pay you $5 in commission. Send me 1,000 Joes? I pay you $5,000 in commission.

Question is, why do I pay 5 bucks for a free lead?

Inside Sheep Dating, I'll have various monetizations, and I'll know the average amount of money I'm earning for each free lead.

(This is why you, as the affiliate, can sometimes get your program changed from PPL to PPS. If the quality of your PPL leads is under the average for Sheep Dating, I'll switch you to PPS or Rev-Share).

So this is how I, as the owner of the fictional Sheep Dating site, will earn money:

1. Memberships. My average retention, say, will be 3 months. With membership being $25/ month, each new paying member should, on average, earn me 3.5 X $25, or $87.50.

2. Affiliate Products and/ or Own Products. Inside the members' area, I'll promote affiliate products and my own products. The traffic is strong because A) Some of them have filled in a form to join for free and B) Some have upgraded and paid for full memberships. Quality traffic. I'll know, day to day, what my EPC should be.

3. Media Sales. I'll sell traffic inside the membership area or co-reg opportunities upon registration. Since the quality of traffic inside the members area is high, and since my ad buyers can target via specific demographics (given the nature of my Sheep Dating site), advertisers are willing to pay a premium.

4. List. Each new member, free and paid, will arrive on my list. They stay on my list until they decide to unsubscribe. This means I can improve member retention, reclaim ex-members (segmentation), promote offers and products, and leverage the audience of my list for the purposes of viral marketing (getting engagement on my media properties).

You have other monetizations, but those are the big 4.

So, as the owner of our Sheep Dating, I'm going to know precisely how much money I should be earning on PPL, PPS, and Rev-Share for Sheep Dating. This allows me to set the commission rates and monitor the quality of traffic, taking action where necessary on affiliates.

As the affiliate, should you send traffic direct to the Sheep Dating lander? You can, sure, but you're far better off sending it through this:

1. Socials.
2. List.
3. Both.

Keep in mind, however, that the vast majority of dating offers (for the reasons above) won't allow email marketing. So, nice as it sounds, you can't actually collect your email subs. I'm sure you can appreciate why this is a rule on many offers.

What you can do, however, is collect your audience as social followers and THEN hurl them at the dating offer landers. Some people will go direct, others will follow you and THEN go to the offers. You can also use those followers to leverage VM (viral marketing).

Giving away dating memberships is just one way to monetize your dating traffic. Think about it. What does the average Joe and Jane want?

Some examples:

- Love
- Marriage
- One-nighters
- Overcome shyness
- Lose weight
- Get nice clothes
- Get their ex back
- Get a guy to text them
- ETC

Just flinging your traffic at Sheep Dating is no good. You leave money on the table.
