Which is the best video editing software for TV News style video. That's mean I'm reading news in my Table but my background show the Channel name and logo and video. Basically I want to a video editing software for change video background, have any idea?

You want software that can do green screen / chroma key.

Most will let you do that, Sony Vegas is a good option, Camtasia will let you do it too, and it's very easy to use.

Hang a piece of green cloth behind you, evenly lit, don't wear anything that's green, and use the chroma key feature in the editing software.

I use iskysoft video editor. Its a one off fee software. Though it is not as sofisticated as camtasia that I have used before but its worth the price, at least I don't have to pay yearly fees.

Try OpenShot. I haven't used it myself, but people I know say it's pretty good and it's free.

The key to good green screen is good even lighting and making sure your subject doesn't share any of the same color of the background. For example, if you use a green background don't wear a green shirt.

Here's a quick tutorial using chroma key in OpenShot. Notice the issue having shadows on the background needed to be removed cause.

I use OBS Studio. It's free open source and works great!

As Michael mentioned, what you're looking for is a piece of software with a Chroma Key tool.
There's a good number of them available for free. I suggest checking VSDC Video Editor if you're on Windows, or ShotCut (works on Win and MacOs)

You can use Gimp, Movavi Photo Editor, Photoscape, PhotoScissor these are best software for photo edits.

Yes, you need to learn about Green Screen Video. There are plenty of them on Youtube. Everything is there... software, background, lighting, camera (even smartphone), teleprompter, studio setting tutorial, what to do - what not, and many more. All are free over there. But if you want to know the most simple trick that won't cost you a lot and won't get you more headache either... then you need to pay a bit for that. Thanks.
