images not adjusting on mobile

anybody know of any tools or anyway to make an image adjust to a mobile phone. half the image is not seen on mobile.

    In your CSS stylesheet, set the width or better yet, the max-width property to 100%, and the height property to auto, and the image will be responsive and scale up and down.

    img {
    max-width: 100%;
    height: auto;
    }

      If you are using CSS the above suggestion would work.

      Here is the HTML Code if using html;

      style="max-width: 100%; height: auto;"

      Just add that to the image code if you are using HTML.
