Where can I get a legitimate list of handyman by area in US, to market to by phone or email?

    The cheapest would probably be to use some form of a scrapper.

    I'm not on top of scrappers as I mainly do B2C and haven't used one in a very long time.

    You could check the Offline Marketing section. There are many that use them and know which are the best.

    Depending on the value of your time, you could hire a cheap VA to collect and verify data.
